Power in Numbers: A Panel Discussion on Advocacy Organizations and Activism

On March 3, 2021, I had to privilege of representing the Charlottesville Clergy Collective by participating in an advocacy panel for Piedmont Virginia Community College’s Civic Engagement Conference. The theme of the discussion was “Power in Numbers: A Panel Discussion on Advocacy Organizations and Activism,” and I was joined by my activist friend Don Gathers, Brian Johns of Virginia Organizing, and Jared Calfee of Virginia21.
